Edible Flowers

There is a wide array of edible flowers with very different flavours. There are sweet, sour, spicy and bitter tastes, and they add the most wonderful sensation and a sense of elevation to any dish, whether used as decoration or in whole salads made from edible flowers. Try, for example, nasturtiums, which give a punch of mustard flavour and whose seeds that appear after flowering can be used as a Nordic wasabi. Or decorate your cake with beautiful horned violets, giving an elegant and bohemian touch to today’s dessert. An everyday dinner or a packed lunch can suddenly feel festive and magical with a little sprinkle of flowers on top.

These edible flowers are illustrated by botanical artist Kirsten Tind, and we have created this exclusive edition of the very popular poster. It is now available in all sizes, and you can choose the language you want. We carefully print and trim the poster and package it in biodegradable cellophane or a gift box for the larger sizes.
